A wrap, refried beans, seasoned chicken boiled and cheese and spices oh my
*Everything is gluten, soy and corn free. I will show photos of different toppings etc to show you how easy it is to make it different each time you make it
Take one wrap (for either a meal for one individual or for apps for 4) and place wrap on a toaster friendly tray.

take one teaspoon of Olive Oil (or oil of choice, and/or oil spray) and rub/coat both sides of the wrap and place back on the toaster tray. Take a pizza cutter or knife and cut into four pieces before toasting or can be done after the wrap is toasted.

Toast the wrap until crispy (this will vary for different toasters / or ovens ) I normally toast mine until the edges get crispy and brown in my toaster which is at the midway toast point on the knob. which takes about 5 to 7 minutes depending on the desired crispness you prefer

while the wrap is toasting if you have not already prepped and boiled the chicken, boil chicken and cut up into pieces adding as much as desired. Note: You can sub out the chicken for lean turkey meat, ground meat or even seasoned grilled tofu, brisket the options are endless * shown with ground turkey option
shred or cut the desired cheese. I use approximately a cup of whatever cheese I am using at the time or have on hand. * Shown using three types of shredded cheese in comparison to recipe photo used using only one

Once the wrap is toasted open can of re-fried beans or mashed beans and spread on all four (4) pieces if you pre-cut or over entire wrap, if you are cutting after toppings are on

top beans with diced chicken breast or protein of choice *Showing alternative protein, ground turkey meat vs chicken in the main recipe photo

put cheese on top and then microwave until cheese is melted or place in oven until cheese is melted * Showing with ground turkey meat when using as a meal vs an app as shown in the main recipe photo

Once the cheese is melted you can eat as is or top with anything desired as noted even sauteed mushrooms there literally is no set list of toppings *showing secondary option using ground meat and three cheese for the main dish vs appetizer. When using as an app you can apply same amount or less of each topping and slice into four pieces. When having as a main dish I cut with a fork and knife

The reason why I love this is that it is not only dorm friendly, lazy friendly but as a Celiac we have moments where we feel heavy or fatigued and can't cook. This recipe with the endless options and taking so little effort to prep is what makes it a Celiacs best friend.
You top it with salsa of choice and if you are so fatigued you can't be bothered to cut it once cooked and topped with whatever you have on hand etc you simply can fold it in half and eat it like a closed taco
